Exhibitors/Vendor/Artist/Helpers Agreement

This agreement Exhibitors/Vendor/Artist/Helpers agree that he/she/they will hold and collectively, whole and harmless of, from and against all claims, demands, actions, damages, loss, cost, liabilities, expenses, and judgments, recovered from or asserted against American Tattoo Society, Nicole Harrell, Ryan Harrell, The All American Tattoo Convention, and the Cumberland County Crown Coliseum, on account of injury or damage to person or property, to the extent that any such damage or injury may be incident to, arise out of, or be caused, either proximately or remotely, wholly or in part, by an act, omission, negligence, or misconduct, on part of exhibitor or any of its agents, servants, employees, contractors, patrons, guests, licensees, or invitees, or both the booth space, leased hereunder. Exhibitor covenants and agrees that incase American Tattoo Society, Nicole Harrell, Ryan Harrell, The All American Tattoo Convention, and the Cumberland County Crown Coliseum, shall be made party to any litigation commenced by or against Exhibitors/Vendor/Artist/Helpers or relating to this agreement or to booth space hereunder, then exhibitor shall and will pay all cost and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, incurred by or imposed upon American Tattoo Society, Nicole Harrell, Ryan Harrell, The All American Tattoo Convention, and the Cumberland County Crown Coliseum by virtue of any litigation.

By signing up for a booth you agree to each of the following

You must have your client fill out a waiver form and check their ID to verify they are of legal age to be tattooed which is 18. There is no such thing as parental consent. Client must be over 18 to get tattooed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is NO piercing at any booths except for the already approved piercers. If we find out you are piercing in your booth you will be removed from the venue without refund.
Your vendor/artist wristband is your band for the ENTIRE weekend, do not lose it, cut it off, put it on your laminate, or any other place besides your wrist. If you lose it you will be charged $50.00 for a new one. Your laminate is a keepsake, not a pass to get in the event.
NO MORE THAN 2 ARTISTS CAN WORK IN A STANDARD SIZE 10X10 BOOTH AT ONE TIME.
The All American Tattoo Convention and the Crown Coliseum have the right to remove any artist, customer, vendor, or helper at any time of the event for any reason.
ALL NEW TATTOOS MUST BE PROPERLY COVERED BEFORE CLIENT LEAVES YOUR BOOTH.
If you are tattooing a client and your don’t finish, your or the client must buy a new wristband the following day. We will not supply them with a new wristband.
Businesses shall not promote The All American Tattoo Convention without written consent from The All American Tattoo Convention.
At no time shall any business offer refunds of any kind to ticket holders entering The All American Tattoo Convention at any time.
Not under any circumstances shall you direct any ticket holder of The All American Tattoo Convention back to your place of business during The All American Tattoo Convention hours.
Any advertising out of your purchased and designated booth during the convention will be deemed unacceptable and permanent removal from the convention will occur.
