We are accepting food truck applications for our 3-day event with 6,000+ attendees, many of whom are military and their families.

We are curating a high-quality, diverse lineup and are looking to add new vendors that bring strong food and great service.

📍 Priority

Cumberland County food trucks are strongly encouraged to apply.
All vendors must meet required inspection and permitting standards.

💰 Vendor Pricing

Participation is offered per day:

• Standard: $100/day
• Premium Placement: $135–$150/day (high-traffic areas)
• 3-Day Bundle: $250

Category Exclusivity: +$50–$75/day (limited availability)

📅 Scheduling

• Vendors may be selected for 1, 2, or all 3 days
• Lineup is based on variety, quality, and overall fit
• Some vendors may be rotated daily to keep the experience fresh
